The dough is handmade from buckwheat flour from Shinshu, and has an indescribable gentle aroma. It is topped with Italian-style Gouda Rosso made with tomatoes and oregano, thinly sliced tomatoes and bell peppers, crispy baked pancetta, and has melted cheese sandwiched inside.
