July is the month of Altibar's Portuguese Festival. Portuguese wine and Portuguese cuisine are, of course, a perfect match, but it's also perfect for summer! This is a nutritious and hearty rice porridge in a spicy seafood broth, with ingredients such as clams, mussels, shrimp, spear squid, and white fish from Hokkaido, and Valencia rice.
