Cave des Artesanais' galette lunch set comes with a seasonal salad, dessert and a drink.Our homemade galettes are made in-house using buckwheat flour from Shinshu. Choose from three types: Galette Rouge, a Portuguese-style galette with braised pork shoulder in wine, or a traditional French galette with French prosciutto, arugula and egg.
